## Available Positions for the "Best Planters" Program
We are opening recruitment for various roles suitable for fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Below are the specialized streams currently available:
1. Operations and Technical Roles
* Assistant Plantation: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Agriculture, Plantation, Forestry, or Agricultural Technology.
* Assistant Mill: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
* Assistant Infrastructure: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Assistant Controller: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Agriculture, Plantation, Forestry, or Agricultural Technology.
2. Corporate and Administrative Support
* HRD Staff: Open to S1 graduates from any major.
* GA (General Affairs) Staff: Open to S1 graduates from any major.
* EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Staff: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health.
* Procurement Staff: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Accounting or Business Management.
* Trading Staff: Open to D3/S1 graduates in Management.
## General Requirements and Application Guidelines
