## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the continued success of our operations, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male (all positions); Female (HR Supervisor).
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in related fields, including Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, General Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Experience: Relevant experience ranging from 1–7 years depending on the specific role. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply for positions 6, 7, and 11.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office and professional-level English (Intermediate to Upper Intermediate).
* Specialized Skills: Proficiency in welding, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, pump alignment, fan balancing, and logistics coordination.
* IT Competency: Ability to handle networking, PC/printer troubleshooting, CCTV installation, and software support for the IT Staff role.
* HR Expertise: Experience in payroll, recruitment, training, and labor insurance (BPJS) for the HR Supervisor role.
## Work Location and Commitment
All successful candidates must be willing to be stationed at our facilities in Bayung Lencir or Sri Gunung, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra. We value individuals who are communicative, solution-oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
