## 1. Research and Development Staff
This role is the backbone of our intellectual strategy, focusing on evidence-based practices for zakat management.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct research, draft strategic materials for BAZNAS leadership, manage administrative research support, and oversee the IJAZ journal.
* Qualifications:
* Muslim; aged 20–30 years.
* Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Economics, Statistics, or Islamic Mathematics.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
* Proficient in research software and scholarly writing; fluent in English.
## 2. Protocol Staff
Protocol staff serve as the bridge for leadership mobility, ensuring that executive activities are conducted with professionalism and efficiency.
* Core Duties:
* Agenda & Travel Management: Coordinating schedules, travel logistics, and briefing documents for leadership.
* Event Management: Overseeing event run-downs, rehearsals, and on-site operational flow.
* Public Relations & Etiquette: Managing VIP hospitality, official greetings, and adherence to institutional hierarchies.
* Seating Arrangements: Strategically organizing seating for high-level officials and dignitaries according to state protocol.
* Qualifications:
* Muslim; fresh graduates with strong organizational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum 1 year of experience; attractive appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
* Able to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
## 3. Legal and Institutional Affairs Staff
This division ensures that all organizational activities comply with the regulatory framework governing zakat management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advocacy and counseling to prevent and handle violations related to zakat management.
* Coordinate with legal institutions including the Police, Attorney General, and Courts.
* Conduct periodic legal socialization for Amil (zakat collectors) across Indonesia.
* Manage budgets and prepare detailed accountability reports for the leadership.
* Qualifications:
* Muslim; Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1).
* Possess a Bar Association Membership (BAS) and active license to practice.
* Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
* Experience in handling corporate or institutional licensing.
## 4. International Fundraising and Partnership Staff
We are looking for global-minded professionals to expand our reach and cultivate international donor relations.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Donor Mapping: Researching and identifying potential international partners and funding sources.
* Partnership Development: Managing communication, creating persuasive proposals in English, and maintaining a CRM pipeline.
* Fundraising Campaigns: Executing campaigns for humanitarian and social programs across international digital platforms.
