## Available Volunteer Positions
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to fill five specialized teams. All candidates must be Muslim, hold or be pursuing a D3/S1 degree, be under 30 years old, and demonstrate a strong commitment to professional responsibility.

As the face of BAZNAS, you will guide prospective donors (Muzaki) through the process of giving.
* Key Responsibilities: Educating the public on the importance and ease of ZIS payments.
* Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude toward community service. Prior fundraising experience is a significant advantage.
2. Service Operations Team
This team ensures that the payment process—both online and offline—runs seamlessly for all donors.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing transactional inquiries and facilitating smooth donation experiences.
* Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Holding a valid driving license (SIM A or C) is considered an extra benefit.
3. Administrative Support Team
The backbone of our operations, this team manages the logistics behind our humanitarian programs.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing documentation and administrative tasks before, during, and after Ramadan.
* Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
4. Ramadan Event Coordination Team

* Key Responsibilities: Assisting in event planning, on-site management, and post-event reporting.
* Requirements: An energetic, communicative personality with a proven track record in event management.
5. Creative Content Team
