The Acceleration Manufacturing Program is a fast-track initiative designed to groom future technical leaders in our manufacturing facilities. Candidates will undergo structured training to oversee complex industrial processes and drive operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Minimum D4 or S1 degree in Electrical Engineering (must have officially graduated/passed the final senate defense/Yudisium) with a minimum GPA of 2.80.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Skills: Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, excellent collaborative skills, and a high learning agility.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts.

Key Qualifications

* Prepare, organize, and stage products for next-day shipping utilizing the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory method.
* Optimize warehouse storage layouts to maximize spatial efficiency and safety.
* Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the loading floor team.
