## Application Process and Requirements
Candidates interested in pursuing a career as a lecturer at UMS are invited to complete the online application form. Upon successful administrative review, qualified applicants will be invited to our campus to participate in English proficiency and Academic Potential Tests (TPA) conducted via computer-based systems.
Essential Examination Details
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 11:00 AM WIB.
* Venue: Office of the Human Resources Development Unit (BP-SDM), UMS.
* Important Note: Applicants arriving after 11:00 AM or on unscheduled days will not be processed. The examination duration is strictly 3 hours. Candidates who already possess valid TKBI or TKDA certificates from institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education are exempt from these specific tests.
## General Qualifications for Applicants
To maintain our standard of excellence, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Citizenship & Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen and a practicing Muslim.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years old for Master's (S2) degree holders; maximum 40 years old for Doctoral (S3) degree holders or Specialists.
* Professional Integrity: Must have a clean criminal record (verified by an SKCK).
* Academic Credentials:
* Minimum GPA of 3.50 (scale 4.0) for Master's degree (completed within 3 years).
* Minimum GPA of 3.25 (scale 4.0) for Bachelor's degree (completed within 5 years).
* Degrees must be linear (Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate in related fields).
* Language Proficiency: Valid certificate (TOEFL ITP ≥525, IELTS ≥5.5, or equivalent).
* Health & Character: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, drug-free, and hold no existing employment contracts with other institutions.
