Since our inception in 2005, we have expanded our footprint across Central, East, and West Kalimantan, as well as Papua, establishing ourselves as a powerhouse in crude palm oil (CPO) and kernel production. We are now seeking the nation’s brightest young talent to join our operational teams.
## Career Paths and Specializations
The 2024 Management Trainee Program is designed to cultivate future leaders through comprehensive training. We are currently recruiting for the following specialized tracks:
1. Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT)
Ideal for candidates with a strong background in agricultural operations.
* Target Degrees: Agrotechnology, Plant Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, and Soil Science.
2. Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT)
Tailored for those with technical expertise in machinery and fleet maintenance.
* Target Degrees: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Automotive, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
3. Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT)
Focused on financial oversight and corporate management functions.
* Target Degrees: Accounting and Management.
## General Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this elite training program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Integrity: We prioritize candidates with a high level of professionalism, analytical intelligence, and moral character.
## Recruitment Schedule and Testing Locations
