## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide essential operational support to ensure the seamless execution of programs and maintain high standards of financial transparency. The primary duties include:

Programme Implementation Support
* Assisting the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) in preparing administrative and financial documentation in alignment with Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) protocols.
Ensuring strict adherence to procurement procedures, signatory authorities, and government-mandated Standar Biaya Masukan* (SBM) regulations.
* Collaborating with Embassy staff to facilitate payment approvals and contract management via the ESPRIT platform.
* Managing the clearance of cash advances and post-activity reconciliations.

Financial Management and Reporting
* Conducting quality control on payment requests and managing bank system registrations.
* Accurately inputting financial data into the Vision+ accounting tool and maintaining organized digital and physical archives.
* Preparing comprehensive monthly accounting reports and financial statements for management review.
* Updating quarterly cash flow projections and budget tracking based on ongoing expenditures and contractual obligations.

Administrative, Logistic, and Communication Duties
* Overseeing correspondence management and ensuring high-quality formatting for official documents, including Terms of Reference, activity reports, and meeting minutes.
* Providing logistical coordination for field missions, project steering committee meetings, and internal diplomatic events.
* Assisting with linguistic tasks (English to Indonesian translations) and supporting outreach efforts, such as social media content and newsletter production.

## Professional Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
