We are currently recruiting for three specialized research and development roles. If you are passionate about food science, safety testing, and contributing to the integrity of the halal industry, we invite you to apply.
1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development
This role is perfect for experts focused on high-precision molecular diagnostics.
* Develop molecular testing methods, from initial selection and implementation to validation reporting.
* Recommend reagents and instrumentation to optimize laboratory development.
* Conduct routine molecular testing and perform trials for customer samples outside current accreditation scopes.
* Maintain meticulous records of laboratory instruments and ensure a controlled environment for testing.
* Manage the inventory and planning of reagents and laboratory consumables.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in molecular testing and development.
* Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative molecular validation requirements.
* Strong logical thinking, innovation, and an ability to work under pressure with high precision.
* Willingness to be based in Bogor.
2. Microbiology Laboratory Research and Development
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to bolster our microbiological testing and research capabilities.
* Design and validate microbiology testing methods.
* Execute periodic sample collection and perform customer sample trials.
* Advise on the acquisition of new reagents and laboratory equipment.
* Perform routine microbial assessments while adhering to strict quality standards.
* Oversee equipment maintenance records and manage laboratory supply chains.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Analysis, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a microbiology laboratory.
* Solid understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
* Disciplined, honest, and highly effective in professional communication.
* Willingness to be based in Bogor.
3. Mineral & Metal Testing Laboratory
This position is tailored for analytical chemists skilled in heavy metal detection and mineral analysis.
* Develop and document testing protocols for heavy metals and mineral content.
* Provide technical recommendations for laboratory scaling and equipment procurement.
* Conduct routine heavy metal and mineral analysis on various matrices.
* Maintain comprehensive logs for instrument performance and reagent management.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience operating ICP-MS and ICP-OES instruments.
* Advanced mastery of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
* Ability to work efficiently, logically, and innovatively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to be based in Bogor.
