* Education:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certifications:
* Active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Possession of specialized training certificates in NICU, BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), or other relevant intensive unit courses.
* Experience:
* Over 3 years of experience as a Head NICU Nurse or as a staff nurse within a NICU/PICU setting.
* Key Skills:
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A strong understanding of ward or room management principles.
Inpatient Coordinator
This role is essential for orchestrating seamless patient flow and high-quality care within our inpatient wards.
* Education:
