1. Barge Escort Operator
This role is essential for ensuring safe and efficient maritime logistics operations connected to our production facilities.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in maritime shipping, preferably within the palm oil sector.
* Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Proven expertise in managing escort operations, anchoring, and cargo loading/unloading.
* Solid understanding of navigation fundamentals and maritime safety regulations.
* Proficiency in operating marine communication tools, including VHF Radio, AIS, and GPS.
* Deep familiarity with tugboat escort Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Comprehensive knowledge of the ISPS Code regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Capable of drafting clear operational reports.
* Possession of an ISPS Code certificate is a distinct advantage.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Flexibility to work in a shift system.
2. Instrument Control Technician
We need a detail-oriented technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our plant's instrumentation and control systems.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant major.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally gained within the palm oil industry.
* Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Mastery of electrical schematics, wiring, and cable termination techniques.
* Skilled in utilizing diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and meggers.
* Capable of troubleshooting motor controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
* Extensive knowledge of industrial instrumentation, PLC, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
* Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong time-management skills, particularly under emergency repair situations.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
