Required Qualifications

1. Educational Background: A formal degree or certification from a Vocational High School (SMK) in Pharmacy.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of direct experience as a Weighing Operator or in a closely related industrial role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office applications, operating sophisticated weighing instruments, and navigating integrated production systems.
