## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the safety and operational efficiency of our vessels, all applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of three years of proven experience in the same rank specifically on Oil/Chemical Tankers.
* Certifications: Possession of valid STCW 2010 certificates with a minimum remaining validity of 18 months.
* Specialized Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in SIRE (Ship Inspection Report Programme) and Vetting procedures.
* Documentation: Must hold a valid Passport and Seaman Book.
* Communication: Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Personal Attributes: Must be medically fit, display a professional attitude, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maritime safety.
