1. Reclamation Monitoring Control Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in reclamation.
* Key Skills: Mapping software proficiency (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS), silviculture knowledge, nursery management, and understanding of forestry and mining regulations.
2. Port Loading Group Leader
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geology, or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: 2 years in port loading operations.
* Key Skills: Heavy equipment operations, stockpile management, and coal port logistics. Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A).
3. Finance Administrator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in finance.
* Key Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with payment vouchers, debt management, and financial journaling.
4. Jr. Geotechnical Engineering
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in coal mine geotechnics.
* Key Skills: Geotechnical mapping, slope stability analysis (Slide, Phase 2, Plaxis), and software proficiency (MineScape, Minex, ArcGIS). A POP certificate is highly preferred.
5. Jr. Geotech Monitoring
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Experience: 2 years in mining geotechnical monitoring.
* Key Skills: Familiarity with radar, prisms, inclinometers, and extensometers. Ability to operate Light Vehicles (LV) is essential.
6. PPKH & DAS Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Geodesy, Geography, or Agriculture.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in PPKH (Forestry Borrow-to-Use Permit) and DAS (Watershed) management.
* Key Skills: Mapping software (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS), aerial photo interpretation, and comprehensive knowledge of mining reclamation and licensing.
7. Legal Land Acquisition Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the mining sector.
* Key Skills: Expert knowledge of Indonesian Agrarian, Civil, and Criminal law. Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and external relations.
8. Land Acquisition Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in land acquisition within the mining industry.
