1. Finance Staff – Accounts Receivable (AR)
The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy corporate cash flow by managing client billing cycles, reconciling outstanding account balances, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
* Confirm customer invoices, process payment settlements, and accurately log transactions into the financial system.
* Organize and schedule field collection routes and visitation agendas for collection personnel.
* Examine, verify, and cross-check billing invoices, delivery receipts, and official purchase orders (POs).
