Staff Finance & Accounting
This role is integral to our financial operations, requiring a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
* Executing daily operational tasks within the Accurate accounting software system.
* Conducting comprehensive reconciliations of trucking delivery notes.
* Managing and issuing accurate tax invoices (Faktur Pajak).
* Generating professional client invoices in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating the Accurate accounting system.
* Experience: Proven background in managing Accounts Receivable.
* Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry will be given priority.
* Work Location: Based in Cakung, East Jakarta.
