Position: HRGA Japanese Speaker

As an HRGA Japanese Speaker, you will serve as a vital communication bridge between local staff and Japanese expatriates while supporting core Human Resources and General Affairs functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Interpretation Services: Deliver accurate consecutive and simultaneous oral interpretation during internal meetings, management assemblies, training sessions, corporate audits, guest delegations, and daily operational dialogues.
* Translation Duties: Accurately translate written documents—including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employment contracts, technical reports, official correspondence, emails, and presentation decks—within designated deadlines.
* Meeting Documentation: Record and compile comprehensive meeting minutes in both Indonesian and Japanese for executive sessions, cross-functional gatherings, and performance evaluations.
* Production Floor Assistance: Accompany management and Japanese expatriates during shop-floor walk-throughs, facilitating clear communication during observations and operational briefings.
* Administrative Support: Assist with routine administrative duties such as drafting weekly and monthly reports, coordinating executive schedules, and gathering interpretation-related data.
* Team Supervision: Oversee and manage drivers and security personnel, including shift scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews to guarantee smooth facility operations and security.
* Fleet Management: Regulate the maintenance, scheduling, utilization tracking, and administration of company operational vehicles in compliance with corporate policies.
* Expatriate Compliance: Handle regulatory procedures for expatriates, covering visas, work permits, and legal documentation to ensure strict adherence to local laws.
* Facility Maintenance: Monitor and manage corporate infrastructure upkeep.
* Industrial Relations Support: Assist in executing day-to-day industrial relations tasks and employee engagement initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience will be given priority.
* Language Proficiency: Hold a minimum JLPT certification of Level N3, alongside strong verbal and written command of both English and Japanese.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of national labor laws and regulations, alongside familiarity with foreign worker (TKA) permit procedures and corporate legal documentation.
* Driving Competency: Must possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and the ability to operate manual or automatic four-wheeled vehicles confidently.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary Range: IDR 7,600,000 – IDR 10,000,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
