## 1. Corporate Planning Analyst
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual to join our corporate planning division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and strategic success of the Astra Infra Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the group to ensure the seamless execution of business strategies.
* Manage end-to-end corporate finance processes, including financial modeling, planning, and detailed performance analysis.
* Conduct rigorous financial due diligence for corporate actions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
* Prepare comprehensive financial strategic reports for executive leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Support Investor Relations by developing high-level documentation for shareholders and strategic business partners.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Finance is preferred.
* Strong proficiency in financial modeling, investment management, and corporate finance principles.
* In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation processes.
* Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent analytical capabilities, communication prowess, and a strong collaborative spirit.
## 2. Business Development Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive business development.
* Monitor and analyze micro and macro market conditions, including emerging global trends that impact the infrastructure sector.
* Manage the company’s knowledge database to identify and assess potential project opportunities.
* Gather primary and secondary data for prospective projects and establish foundational assumptions.
* Participate actively in acquisition tenders and assist in preliminary due diligence efforts.
* Assess the viability of new business opportunities within the existing industry landscape to ensure alignment with Astra Infra’s long-term objectives.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or Engineering.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Strategic Planning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and excellent English communication skills.
