## 1. Graduate Development Program (GDP) 2025
The Graduate Development Program is designed for ambitious S1 (Bachelor’s) degree holders who are eager to launch their careers within a global energy infrastructure.
General Requirements
* Citizenship: Indonesian citizens (WNI).
* Age: Maximum 30 years old as of December 27, 2024.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a university with an "A" or "Unggul" (Excellent) accreditation.
* Eligibility: Must not have previously applied for the 2024/2025 GDP cycle.
Academic Backgrounds (S1)
