## About the GAMMA Program
The GAMMA initiative is a specialized career development program designed to nurture future leaders in plantation management. Participants will undergo rigorous training to build technical expertise, operational oversight capabilities, and professional accountability, preparing them for pivotal roles within our vast plantation network.
## Candidate Qualifications
We invite passionate, dedicated graduates to contribute to our mission. To be eligible for the GAMMA program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D1) degree in Agriculture, Plantation Studies, or Forestry.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional work experience.
* Geographic Mobility: Must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Commitment: Willing to participate in a six-month intensive education program at the BSP Academy in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Bonding Agreement: Commitment to a two-year service contract upon completion of the training.
* Personal Status: Applicants must be currently unmarried.
* Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
