Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this rigorous program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong leadership potential, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
* Extracurricular Involvement: Active participation in campus organizations, student associations, or leadership communities.
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of reading technical drawings as well as electrical and mechanical diagrams.
* Preferred Advantage: Hands-on mastery of AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software.
* Mobility: Fully willing and prepared to be stationed in Pagaden, Subang.
