## General Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Physical and Mental Health: All applicants must be in good physical and mental condition to operate safely in an industrial environment.
* Driver’s Licenses: Candidates for positions 3 through 7 must possess a valid SIM BII Umum license.
* Educational Background:
* Civil Staff: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering.
* Safety Officer: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Civil Staff applicants must demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent industry-standard drafting software.
* Fresh Graduates: The Production Admin role is open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates.
* Experience Requirements:
* Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Mechanics, Operators, and Civil Staff: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Safety Officer: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
