## Recruitment Intern Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employer branding within a fast-paced corporate setting. Key responsibilities include:
* Talent Acquisition: Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier talent.
* Employer Branding: Contribute to creative initiatives that amplify our company culture and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
* Operational Support: Assist the HR department with essential administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a motivated individual with a genuine interest in Human Resources and the beauty industry. We prioritize applicants who possess the following:
* Academic Background: Fresh graduates in Psychology or related fields. Final-year students who have completed their coursework and have the availability to commit to an internship are also encouraged to apply.
