1. Marketing & Promotion Department Head
This strategic leadership role focuses on enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing branding and digital campaigns, leading marketing budgets, and building partnerships with industry stakeholders.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience in industrial or commercial real estate marketing. Expertise in team leadership, budget management, and market analysis is required.
2. Internal Audit & Compliance Supervisor
* Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of internal auditing experience. Candidates must demonstrate deep knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, alongside proficiency in risk management and internal control frameworks.
3. Legal Supervisor (Advocate)
* Key Responsibilities: Managing corporate land issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with government agencies and law enforcement.
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Law (S1) with 5–7 years of experience in land-related legal matters. Must be a certified lawyer familiar with the OSS system and corporate property regulations.
4. Investor Relation & Corporate Finance Officer

7. Marketing & Promotion Officer

* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design. Proficiency in design software, website management, and drone operation is highly preferred.
8. Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer
Qualifications: Minimum high school/vocational (SMA/SMK) diploma in Computer and Network Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in NOC operations is required. Candidates holding CCNA/HCNA/MTCNA certifications are preferred. Placement: Cibitung.*
