## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high operational standards, candidates are expected to meet specific criteria based on their desired position:
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining sector is highly preferred.
* Experience Thresholds:
* Candidates for Supervisor level and above must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in the same role.
* Staff-level applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role.
* Technical Financial Skills: Candidates for roles 4-6 and 14 must demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting and costing, including a comprehensive understanding of COGS and COGM.
* Specialized Expertise:
* Accounting Staff (No. 4): Previous experience working as an external auditor is required.
* Civil Supervisor (No. 8): Proficiency in AutoCAD specifically for road construction is essential.
* Head of Luwuk Office (No. 12): Proven track record in finance and logistics management.
* Marketing & Shipping Manager (No. 7): Must be fluent in business-level Mandarin.
* Legal Staff (No. 17): Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Sulawesi.
