1. Institutional Relations & Corporate Marketing Staff
Division: Institutional Relations and Corporate Transformation
* Develop and implement institutional relations programs and corporate marketing strategic plans.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, associations, and industry partners.
* Draft professional correspondence, meeting materials, presentations, and detailed minutes while tracking follow-up actions.
* Support corporate branding, positioning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
* Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities.
* Monitor project timelines and targets to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, marketing, or stakeholder management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and the creation of professional presentation materials.
* A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in English is highly preferred.

2. Marine Electrical Staff
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Strong foundational understanding of marine electrical systems and technical schematics.
* Prior experience in marine electrical environments or shipyards is a significant advantage.
* Familiarity with automation and control systems.
* Proven analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
* Placement: North Jakarta.
