1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for leadership roles within our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage shift operations while maintaining readiness for flexible shift schedules.
* Oversee food preparation, guest service, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety and security.
* Handle financial management during and at the close of each shift.
* Supervise and actively participate in daily staff work activities.
* Resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally.
* Monitor and evaluate staff adherence to standard operating procedures regarding food quality and service standards.
* Analyze competitor performance, market trends, and sales data.
* Identify, develop, and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications:

2. Payroll Staff
We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Staff member to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify and audit all payroll-related data inputs.
* Execute accurate payroll calculations and disbursements.
* Administer all operational processes related to BPJS (social security).
* Update salary records in accordance with organizational promotions or structural changes.
* Maintain precise records of employee attendance, collective supporting data, and payroll timelines.
* Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with high precision.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan regulations.
