## Position: Odoo Developer
As an Odoo Developer, you will play a pivotal role in digital transformation by bridging the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical solutions.
Core Responsibilities
* Module Customization: Design, develop, and modify Odoo modules tailored to specific corporate operational needs.
* Requirement Analysis: Engage in thorough requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation to translate business objectives into functional technical architectures.
* System Integration: Manage seamless integrations between Odoo and various third-party systems or internal applications using REST APIs.
* Process Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to business processes based on industry-standard ERP best practices.
* Technical Stewardship: Perform regular system testing, debugging, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
* Version Control & Documentation: Utilize Git for version control and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all developments.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience working as an Odoo Developer, including end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
3. Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in Python and the Odoo framework.
* Strong command of PostgreSQL and SQL.
* Familiarity with JavaScript and XML within the Odoo environment.
* Practical experience in Linux/Ubuntu deployment environments.
4. Integration Skills: Deep understanding of REST APIs and system interconnectivity.
5. Analytical & Soft Skills:
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on business-to-technical translation.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and direct solution design.
6. Tooling: Proficient in using Git for version control; experience with Sourcetree is highly advantageous.
7. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with key business modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Human Resources, or Procurement.
