1. Legal Staff
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Legal Staff member to bolster our corporate legal framework and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the legal integrity of our projects and corporate actions.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead land acquisition processes, coordinating effectively with landowners, local government bodies, and the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
* Ensure the pristine legal status and clear ownership of all company property assets.
* Draft, meticulously review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including agreements, amendments, and addendums.
* Provide comprehensive legal support to various business units on operational and contractual matters, including active participation in contract negotiations with partners and vendors.
* Manage day-to-day legal operations with precision and efficiency.
* Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for agreement reviews, acquisitions, and other corporate initiatives.
* Oversee and update the legal compliance of the company and its subsidiaries, including facilitating the establishment of new entities.
* Provide vigilant oversight and governance for the company's subsidiary portfolio.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Possession of at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a distinguished university.
* A minimum of two years of professional experience in corporate legal affairs and/or with a Notary/PPAT firm.
* Profound understanding of land acquisition procedures, property asset safeguarding, maintenance, legal permitting, business law, legal drafting, and review processes.
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication capabilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
* Holding an advocate license would be a distinct advantage.
* A strong eagerness to learn and deep knowledge of corporate law and agrarian law.

2. Risk Management Staff
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Risk Management Staff member to strengthen our risk assessment and mitigation strategies across the organization.
Core Duties
* Develop and implement robust risk structuring frameworks for the company.
* Oversee the registration of the company in relevant risk management databases and systems.
* Prepare and disseminate regular risk management reports, including performance metrics and ad-hoc reports requested by management.
* Actively monitor risk outcomes and conduct thorough evaluations of risk registers.
* Provide insightful data analysis utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistical methods to inform decision-making.
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least one year of relevant working experience in risk management, business assessment, or asset valuation.
* Solid knowledge of the regulations outlined in PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Risk Management for State-Owned Enterprises.
* Possession of a professional certification such as CRMO (Certified Risk Management Officer) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is highly desirable.
