We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles to support our growing operations:
1. Officer – Logistics
The Logistics Officer plays a vital role in the seamless execution of our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating material distribution, managing shipping documentation, and monitoring the transit of essential goods to ensure timely project delivery.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Management.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Willingness to be stationed at our project or operational sites.
2. Senior Metallurgist
As a Senior Metallurgist, you will lead metallurgical initiatives, drive process optimization, and improve plant performance across our gold, copper, and base metal projects. This is a technical leadership role that oversees the lifecycle of mineral processing from development through production.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing (a Master’s degree is preferred).
* At least 7 years of professional experience in mineral processing.
* Extensive technical knowledge in crushing, grinding, flotation, heap leach, and CIL/CIP processes.
* Proven track record in plant commissioning, optimization, and metal accounting.
* Fluent in English with the capacity to travel frequently to project sites throughout Indonesia.
* Ability to manage EPC contractors and technical consultants effectively.
3. Superintendent – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
We are looking for a strategic HR leader to oversee our talent lifecycle and enhance our employer brand. You will design recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and represent BRMS as an employer of choice in the competitive mining landscape.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Business Administration.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
* Proven success in high-level executive search and end-to-end recruitment management.
* Experience in developing employer branding campaigns and utilizing advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms.
* Strong background in the mining, engineering, or industrial sectors is preferred.
* Experience working in executive search firms or as a headhunter is considered an asset.
