## Launch Your Career: Elementary Development Program (ELP-A)
BGA Group is proud to offer the Elementary Development Program (ELP-A), an intensive training and professional growth initiative designed specifically for vocational high school (SMK) graduates. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive three-month training period and be deployed to our operational sites in Kalimantan.
General Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the ELP-A program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum qualification of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma.
2. Training Readiness: Full commitment to participate in a mandatory 3-month training program.
3. Documentation: Valid government-issued identification (KTP or Birth Certificate).
4. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in any of our operational locations across the Kalimantan region.

1. Mill Mechanic / Operator
* Target Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Agricultural Mechanization.
2. Plantation Supervisor Foreman (Mandor)
* Target Majors: Agribusiness, Plant Production Agribusiness, Agricultural Product Processing, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Palm Oil Plantation Cultivation, Nursery & Maintenance, and Plantation Production Technology.
3. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
