Available Positions
1. Blending Operator
Responsible for executing blending procedures in accordance with industry and company standards. Duties include troubleshooting equipment, maintaining detailed logs, and performing physical tasks such as manual hose connections, tank gauging, and filling line preparation.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), 4+ years of experience in Lubricant Oil Blending Plants (LOBP), and a valid license for working at heights.
2. Process Filling Operator
Focuses on the precise execution of filling procedures. Candidates must be adept at handling packing systems, managing LOBP equipment, and participating in safety meetings and risk assessments.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), 4+ years of experience in LOBP, and a valid license for working at heights.
3. Warehouse Operator
Oversees the logistics lifecycle, including loading/unloading, cargo securing, palletizing, and inventory management using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), 4+ years of experience in LOBP, and a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO).
4. Laboratory Technician
Handles the rigorous testing of raw materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include the safe handling of flammable solvents and pressurized gas, as well as maintaining precise sample storage systems.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Chemistry, 4+ years of experience in LOBP, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
5. Mechanical and Electrical Technician
Tasked with the maintenance and repair of technical systems, ensuring that all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Chemistry (or relevant technical field), 4+ years of experience in LOBP, and a focus on site safety protocols.
