## Candidate Qualifications

1. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar position.
2. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3. Certifications: Possession of an active POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is mandatory.
4. Specialized Requirements: Applicants for the Lead of Facility & Repair role must hold an active Electrical or Construction K3 certificate.
5. Mobility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the mining site in South Kalimantan.
