## Job Opening: Finance Staff (Cost Control)
To support our financial health and operational efficiency, we are seeking a qualified professional to oversee budget compliance and financial tracking at our Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Cost Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s financial resources. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Budget Monitoring: Tracking daily operational and project-specific expenses to ensure absolute alignment with approved financial frameworks.
* Vendor and Invoice Verification: Reviewing, processing, and validating vendor invoices, purchase orders (POs), and employee expense claims with high accuracy.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Partnering with procurement, project management, and operations teams to guarantee precise cost allocation and seamless tracking.
* Financial Reconciliation: Assisting the finance team with month-end closing procedures, cost accruals, and detailed account reconciliations.
* Policy Compliance: Ensuring all cost control processes strictly adhere to internal corporate policies and international financial standards.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for analytical thinkers with strong financial acumen. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a closely related discipline.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA (IPK) of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Professional Experience: Open to motivated Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or cost control roles.
* Taxation Knowledge: Familiarity with tax regulations is required, and holding a Brevet Tax Certification (A & B) is highly advantageous.
* Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for working in our multicultural business environment.
