Candidate Qualifications
* Gender and Physical Requirements: Male applicants only, with a maximum age of 27 years and a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation for the Agronomy position.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology for the Traction and Mill Engineering positions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Commitment: Must be fully willing to undergo a comprehensive training program and commit to a 3-year service bond.
* Experience: Previous practical internship or field work experience (PKL) within an oil palm plantation is strongly preferred.
* Availability: Must be ready to join the company at the earliest opportunity.
