## 1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will execute manufacturing processes across granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, or soft gel lines while maintaining strict facility upkeep to hit quality, quantity, and timeline targets.

* Monitor individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) achievements.
* Prepare work areas and execute production activities adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPOB) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
