## The Role of a Field Operator
As an Operator at Dgas Alam Semesta, you will play a critical role in the safety and efficiency of our gas distribution network. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations from the initial compression phase through to the final delivery at our customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Compression Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operation of industrial compressors.
* CNG Handling: Execute precise gas filling procedures at our Mother Station facilities.
* Distribution Logistics: Coordinate and perform the end-to-end delivery of natural gas to our client locations.
* Heat Transfer Maintenance: Monitor and maintain heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers, coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Management: Ensure the proper function of critical instrument components such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valves.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical background and a commitment to operational excellence. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sectors. Prior experience specifically within the gas industry is highly preferred.
* Educational Background: A minimum education level of SMK/STM or SMA, with a strong preference for candidates holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Operational Flexibility: The ability to work in rotating shifts and the willingness to be stationed at any of our project sites outside of the city.
* Health Compliance: Applicants must have completed their COVID-19 booster vaccination.
