## Position Available: Assistant Sortasi

Core Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will shoulder critical operational responsibilities to maintain the high processing standards set by the organization. Key daily duties include:
* Supervising the overall grading operations at the Palm Oil Mill (PKS).
* Executing strict quality control and continuous monitoring of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to align with strict corporate benchmarks.
* Verifying the exceptional quality of both internal and external FFB deliveries.
* Compiling, verifying, and finalizing comprehensive daily sortation reports and recap sheets.
* Maintaining pristine cleanliness and organization across the entire sortation area on a daily basis.
Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a D4 or Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy.

* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Sortation Assistant or in a closely related grading role.
