## 1. HRD Staff
As an Human Resources Department (HRD) Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting daily internal operations, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows within the organization.
Key Requirements:
* Open to male and female applicants holding a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on professional experience working as an HRD Staff member or HR Administrator.
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an absolute mastery of advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and data management.
* Direct familiarity with employee attendance tracking, overtime processing, and BPJS health/employment social security administration will serve as a distinct competitive advantage.
* Available to onboard immediately or by early August 2023 at the latest.
## 2. Cost Control
The Cost Control specialist will act as the financial backbone for complex engineering projects, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and resource allocations align seamlessly with corporate goals.
Key Requirements:
* Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience working within EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) or heavy construction environments as a Cost Control specialist or Estimator.
* Highly skilled in developing comprehensive financial blueprints, project cost schedules, and accurate financial reporting.
* Proficiency in specialized industry software such as MS Project, while familiarity with Primavera is considered a valuable bonus.
* Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Outfitted with robust analytical acumen, rigorous attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Ready and willing to report directly to the corporate headquarters located in North Jakarta in the near future.
