## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure candidates align with company standards, specific criteria have been established for each role:
* Educational Background: Applicants must hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field of study.
* Technical Proficiency (Position No. 1): Must demonstrate a strong understanding of GIT tools, HTML, CSS, JS, and TypeScript.
* Mid-to-Senior Experience (Positions No. 3–5): Requires a minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in the exact same role within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* Specialized Mining Experience (Position No. 2): The Smelter Plant Project Manager candidate must possess at least 10 years of extensive hands-on experience within the mining industry.
* Engineering Experience (Positions No. 6 & 7): Must have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience within EPC or Oil and Gas sectors, alongside mastery of industry-specific software tools.
* Availability: Candidates must be ready to join on short notice (preferably within a period of less than one month).
