## 1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
As the Workshop Manager, you will serve as the backbone of our maintenance operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our workshop, managing the mechanical team, and ensuring that our fleet remains operational at all times.
Key Requirements
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in workshop management or heavy equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance protocols, as well as complex troubleshooting for heavy vehicles and machinery.
* Leadership: Strong team coordination skills with the ability to lead and motivate a group of mechanics.
* Compliance & Administration: Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and maintenance documentation.
* Operational Skills: Competency in operating heavy trucks and understanding their fundamental mechanical systems.
* Soft Skills: High analytical aptitude, strong discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop locations.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
We are looking for hands-on mechanics who are ready to take on the challenge of maintaining our extensive fleet of heavy-duty vehicles. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the reliability of our equipment in the field.
Core Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a mechanic, with specific expertise in Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of diesel engine systems, transmission assemblies, braking systems, and various heavy equipment components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Ability to perform thorough inspections, accurately diagnose mechanical failures, and execute precise repairs.
* Resourcefulness: Proficient in the use of specialized repair tools and diagnostic software, as well as the ability to identify and procure necessary spare parts.
* Safety Focused: Full adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and a profound sense of responsibility toward ensuring equipment safety and functionality.
