## Role Overview: Manufacturing Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker)
The Manufacturing Management Trainee program is designed to groom future leaders within our manufacturing network. Through an intensive, cross-functional rotational track, successful candidates will gain hands-on operational experience, develop leadership capabilities, and build an in-depth understanding of end-to-end footwear manufacturing.
