Candidate Requirements
We seek candidates who possess both academic excellence and the soft skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or higher. Degrees in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering are highly preferred.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for degree holders.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of English is required. Fluency in Japanese or Dutch is considered a significant advantage.
* Communication Skills: Candidates must demonstrate excellent public speaking abilities, high energy, and a proactive, communicative nature.
* Experience: Demonstrated involvement in campus or school organizations (internal or external) is highly valued.
* Flexibility: Applicants must be willing to be stationed in any of our company’s development areas.
* Certifications: Possession of a TOEFL/TOEIC certificate (minimum score of 500) will be viewed as an added advantage for university graduates.
