We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill various positions across our Jakarta Head Office and remote project sites.
Management & Supervisory Positions
* Superintendent SCM: Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, material distribution, and procurement strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
* Superintendent Finance: Focuses on financial oversight, budgeting, and ensuring fiscal compliance across mining operations.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Manages project budgets, provides financial analysis, and ensures adherence to accounting standards.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Leads short and long-term mine planning using advanced software to optimize resource extraction.
* Supervisor SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment): Ensures all site activities comply with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Operational & Support Roles
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Supports daily financial administrative activities and internal audits.
* Maintenance Planner: Organizes and schedules equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Foreman Production: Supervise daily output and ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety standards.
* Foreman Fuel: Manages fuel distribution systems to ensure a steady supply for heavy equipment.
* Mechanic A2B/DT: Executes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various heavy machinery units.
* Auto Electrician: Troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems, AC, and wiring for heavy automotive units.
* Tyreman: Manages the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of tires on mining equipment.
* Dispatch: Coordinates logistics and real-time tracking of transportation operations.
* Surveyor: Conducts field surveys, topographic mapping, and land development planning.
* Welder: Performs high-quality structural repairs and fabrications using various welding techniques.

## General Requirements and Application Guidelines
Professional Expectations
Successful candidates for these roles typically possess:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in their respective fields, preferably within the mining or heavy industry.
* Relevant educational backgrounds (Diploma/Bachelor’s degrees for staff positions; High School/Vocational equivalent for operational roles).
* Strong analytical skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work in remote site environments.
* Specific certifications (such as POP, K3, Brevet A&B, or SIO) as required for the specific position.
