1. Mold Operator
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic injection. Must possess skills in preventive mold maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting.
* Profile: Male, max 28 years old, height min. 165 cm, proficient in computer updates, diligent, and detail-oriented.
2. Line Quality Control
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a QC in injection. Expertise in 5S methodology and operation of measurement instruments (caliper, torque).
* Profile: Male, max 25 years old, height min. 165 cm, strong leadership skills, and ability to generate inspection, quality complaint, and production reports. Must be shift-ready.
3. Maintenance Technician
* Education: Minimum high school or vocational school (SMK).
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience. Must possess strong electrical installation skills and be proficient in maintaining injection machines, chillers, gensets, compressors, and pumps.
* Profile: Male, max 40 years old, height min. 165 cm, strong communication and analytical skills, and disciplined under pressure.
4. Operator / QM Injection
* Responsibilities: Implementing 5S, separating NG (Not Good) products, packing to standards, and maintaining daily production reports.
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic injection, high degree of focus, and accuracy.
* Profile: Male, max 28 years old, height min. 165 cm, no vision impairment (no glasses/minus), and neat appearance.
5. Assembly Operator
* Education: Minimum high school or vocational school (SMK).
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly. Must be physically fit with no color blindness.
* Profile: Male, max 28 years old, height min. 165 cm, no vision impairment, diligent, and willing to work in shifts.
6. Accounting Professional
* Education: D3/D4 in Accounting.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience. Must have a deep understanding of financial statement analysis, tax reporting, and accounting software.
* Responsibilities: Managing monthly financial statements (Profit/Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), tax audits, KPI management, and cost improvement initiatives.
* Profile: Male/Female, max 30 years old, analytical, and highly organized.
