We are currently accepting applications for two specialized apprenticeship positions. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of technical accuracy.
1. Change Management & SOP Apprenticeship
This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who want to gain exposure to internal audit systems and operational administration.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, or Administration.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint for professional presentations.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, high initiative, and a commitment to accuracy.
* Languages: Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
* Drafting official audit correspondence and managing complex audit schedules.
* Coordinating travel and logistical arrangements for audit processes.
* Conducting data validation and KPI checks via system file reviews.
* Recording and uploading audit data to ensure organizational compliance.
* Providing technical support for the testing and development of new audit systems.
2. Legal Apprenticeship
Our Legal team is looking for an analytical professional to assist with regulatory documentation and corporate legal workflows.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Business Administration.
* Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of legal regulations and document control.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
