## Job Overview: Production Operator
PT Hokkan Indonesia is currently hiring for an immediate expansion group consisting of 12 dedicated Production Operators. This role is crucial for ensuring that daily manufacturing quotas and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be entrusted with several critical daily duties, ensuring seamless operational flow across the manufacturing floor:
* Operating specialized production machinery, including mixing, blowing, filling, and packaging systems.
* Preparing raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) precisely according to daily production schedules.
* Monitoring active manufacturing lines in real-time to guarantee uninterrupted workflows and high output quality.
* Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
* Generating detailed, accurate shift reports regarding output metrics and machine performance.
Candidate Qualifications
