Key Responsibilities
Operators are tasked with the comprehensive oversight of the manufacturing lifecycle. Primary duties include:
* Operational Monitoring: Managing the production process, machine health, and overall bottle quality.
* Performance Analysis: Evaluating process efficiency and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Production Readiness: Preparing raw materials, packaging components, and necessary documentation, including work orders and specification sheets.
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate daily production logs and submitting performance assessments to supervisory management.

Candidate Requirements
