We are urgently seeking a dedicated Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox to join our dynamic facility in Cikarang, West Java. ## Core Responsibilities of the Production Operator
Stepping into this role means becoming a vital link in our high-precision manufacturing chain. Your daily duties will require a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to operational excellence.
* Line Operation: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery.
* Product Changeovers: Manage efficient line-switching processes during product type transitions while regularly replenishing components and materials to consistently meet daily production targets.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of printed circuit board (PCB) printing and component assembly to guarantee zero defects and minimize rejection rates.
* Troubleshooting: Perform basic debugging and initial handling when minor machine errors or operational bottlenecks occur.
* Maintenance Support: Assist in executing scheduled preventive maintenance routines to prolong equipment lifespan and efficiency.
* Workplace Standards: Uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across the production line and workspace.
* Additional Duties: Follow supplementary work instructions and handle extra operational tasks assigned by team leaders or supervisors.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure seamless integration into our technical teams, applicants must meet specific educational and experiential benchmarks. We value hands-up experience and a proactive attitude toward electronic assembly.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK), with a preferred major in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Familiarity: Deep familiarity with SMT electronic materials, alongside demonstrated experience in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering.
* Operational Skills: Proven ability to operate SMT machinery and perform manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional capability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Work Ethic: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the resilience to perform under strict targets and tight deadlines.
