## Current Open Positions
1. EMC Testing Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct EMC testing using advanced measurement tools, ensure compliance with international regulations, and prepare detailed technical reports.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Electronic Engineering with a solid grasp of CISPR standards. Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes is required.
2. Engineering Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee production quality and engineering standards, manage technical data, and collaborate on process improvements.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Monosys/MS Office are essential.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage supplier negotiations, procurement workflows via SAP, and inventory budgeting.
* Requirements: S1 in Industrial Engineering with strong negotiation skills and fluency in English.
4. Traffic Export Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Handle export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders/customs, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Transportation/Logistics/Industrial Engineering with experience in CEISA 4.0 and SAP/ERP systems.
5. Software Developer Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Innovate system designs and maintain software integrations across manufacturing machinery and databases.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Informatics or Electrical Engineering. Must be proficient in Python, C#, C++, and RPA technology.
6. Mechanical Design Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Lead design concepts, prototyping, and technical documentation.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering. Must be highly skilled in CAD software like CATIA or Pro-Eng.
7. Parts Production Engineering and Control Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor defect rates, manage QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets, and drive Kaizen initiatives.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering. Strong knowledge of QC 7 Tools is required.
8. ISO Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Ensure company-wide adherence to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and manage compliance with safety standards (UL, TÜV, CCC).
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Engineering with auditing experience and excellent communication skills.
9. Parts Production Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Develop production standards, analyze line issues, and process quality data.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering. Deep understanding of injection molding and stamping processes is required.
10. Software Designer
* Key Responsibilities: Develop software for inspection systems and troubleshoot manufacturing software sequences.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering. Must have at least one year of experience in C/C++ development.
11. Software Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Build scalable web applications for manufacturing operations and maintain high-quality, clean codebases.
* Requirements: Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering. Proficiency in front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) and back-end frameworks (ASP.NET/Python/NodeJS) is necessary.
12. Facility Electrical Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Maintain building electrical systems, including MV/LV panels and transformers.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Fluency in both English and Japanese is highly preferred.
