We are currently hiring for several key roles to support our growing operations. Please review the requirements and responsibilities below to see where your skills fit best.
1. Accounting Specialist
As an Accounting Specialist, you will ensure the financial integrity of our operations through rigorous reporting and oversight.
* Responsibilities: Manage general ledgers and journal entries, prepare and review financial statements, facilitate the audit process, monitor petty cash and loans, and coordinate payroll with the HR department.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; at least 3 years of relevant experience; proficiency in PSAK, financial reporting, and MS Excel; fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
2. Cashier
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions and provide excellent service.
* Responsibilities: Process payments (cash, checks, cards), reconcile daily transactions, maintain financial records, assist with month-end reporting, and handle customer inquiries.
* Requirements: Prior experience in a cashier or financial role; strong numerical and problem-solving skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Export-Import Staff
This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring global regulatory compliance.
* Responsibilities: Manage customs documentation and shipping paperwork, coordinate with freight forwarders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure trade compliance.
* Requirements: Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; minimum 2 years of experience in export/import; proficiency in logistics software; Mandarin fluency is highly preferred.
4. Finance AR Staff
The Finance Accounts Receivable (AR) team plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and credit management.
* Responsibilities: Process and follow up on tenant/customer invoices, reconcile accounts, perform credit checks, and report on collections performance.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in AR or credit control; strong analytical skills; proficient in accounting software; fluent in both verbal and written Mandarin.
5. Mandarin Translator
To bridge communication across our global operations, we require a skilled Translator to facilitate accurate information exchange.
* Responsibilities: Translate formal documents (reports, presentations) and provide real-time interpretation during business meetings and interactions.
* Requirements: At least 3 years of professional translation/interpretation experience; native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English; experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
6. Purchasing Staff
Our Purchasing team ensures that we have the necessary materials and services to keep production running smoothly.
* Responsibilities: Process purchase requisitions and contracts, negotiate with suppliers, maintain inventory records, and manage the supplier database.
* Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in procurement; strong negotiation skills; Mandarin fluency; proficiency in MS Excel; ability to work under strict deadlines.
